AxeL Trasporti SrL provides the following transport and logistics services:

• National freight transport within Italy
• International freight transport in Europe (30+ countries)
• Express transport with deliveries in 24-48 hours
• Temperature-controlled refrigerated transport
• Integrated logistics and warehousing services
• Groupage shipments for cost optimization

3. Quote Requests

Quotes provided via the website or email are to be considered indicative and non-binding until written confirmation of the order. Prices may vary based on:

• Actual weight and dimensions of goods
• Distance and destination
• Type of goods and special requirements
• Requested delivery times
• Ancillary services (insurance, tracking, etc.)

4. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the goods to be transported
• Ensure adequate packaging for the type of goods
• Declare any dangerous goods or goods subject to restrictions
• Guarantee availability for pickup and delivery at agreed times
• Make payment according to the agreed methods and times
• Comply with all current regulations relating to the transported goods

5. Carrier Liability

AxeL Trasporti SrL is responsible for the goods from the moment of pickup until delivery, within the limits provided by current legislation (CMR for international transport, Civil Code for national transport).

The carrier's liability is excluded or limited in the following cases:

• Inherent defects of goods or inadequate packaging
• Force majeure or unforeseen events
• Incorrect or incomplete sender instructions
• Delays due to customs controls or authorities

6. Cargo Insurance

At the customer's request, additional insurance coverage can be activated beyond the limits of carrier liability. This is highly recommended for valuable or particularly delicate goods.

7. Payments

Payments must be made according to the methods indicated in the invoice:

• Bank transfer
• Cash (for amounts permitted by law)
• Direct debit (for established customers)

In case of late payment, late payment interest as provided by law will be applied.

8. Claims

Any claims for damage, loss, or delays must be communicated:

• For visible damage: immediately upon delivery, with reservation on the delivery note
• For hidden damage: within 7 days of delivery
• For delays: within 21 days of the expected delivery date

Claims must be sent in writing to info@axeltrasporti.it.

9. Excluded Goods

Transport of the following is not permitted:

• Illegal or smuggled goods
• Narcotic substances
• Weapons and explosives (except with specific authorizations)
• Toxic or radioactive waste
• Live animals (except with specific authorizations)
• Any goods prohibited by current regulations

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by AxeL Trasporti SrL or their respective owners and is protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Reggio Emilia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
